Lisa Jackson is Apple's current Vice President of Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives, and a member of Apple's executive team, and she is putting social justice at the top of the list to protect the environment. Coming from one of Fortune 's "most powerful women in business ," at one of the largest companies in the world, she has views that could have a long-term global impact. Apple's sustainability goals , released this year for 2030, include carbon neutrality and achieving net-zero impact across all operations. The company has also recently taken a leadership role in its social impacts, investing $100 million to create a Racial and Equitable Justice Initiative (REJI), which CEO Tim Cook asked Jackson to lead in June.
